The most exciting thing that's happened is my recent winnings of yarn from Ravelry.
I have pictures so I'll post them here but first I'll tell you how I came about all of this.
I had joined a group in Ravelry for one of my all time favorite shows...Big Brother.
We were all assigned a houseguest and mine was Dan. Now that the show is over and the winner of Big Brother was Dan the other players in my group were to send me a prize worth between $15-$20.
The first prize I received was some Malabrigo silky worsted weight yarn...
The second was a couple of skeins of Patons Grace yarn and some 5" Brittany Birch hardwood dpn's and I absolutely love them!
There were others too so I'll just post the pictures up...Most of it is Malabrigo that I received with stitch markers, a kacha kacha row counter, project bag, lip balm and some fiber tp spin.
Here are the other pictures I have I wasn't able to get the others photographed yet...
I also forgot to mention the nicest skein of sock yarn I received and it's from Fearless Fibers it's the most beautiful sock yarn and it's so soft, I love just touching it.
I'm sure there are other prizes I haven't mentioned...I love them all equally. For those of you who sent them and are reading this Thank you soooooo much!!
I'll be seeing you all in the next Big Brother Pool!
Other then the Big Brother pool in Ravelry I've received a couple of packages through Random Act of Kindness as well. It's so nice to get nice mail that makes you happy instead of the others that just want money.
I mailed out a couple of RAK's this month and it was just as nice to do that :o)
I hope to be able to do more soon but November and December might be a bit tight for me..2 of my children have birthdays at the beginning of Nov and well we all know how December goes when you have kids LOL.
I don't think I've posted a recent picture of the kids yet so I'll try to find one...
That should bring everything up to speed now...I'll try and do better at posting. Next time will be some of my knitting and possibly some of my spinning...maybe LOL.

Your youngest looks mischievous. I can see that twinkle in her eyes. So who does she take after? :D
And you're not that bad at blogging silly, just need to post a bit more often :D

LOL She takes after me in some ways but everyone says all the kids take after and look like my Husband.
I don't believe that for one second but.. LOL
I'll try to blog more..maybe pics of the projects I make with the yarn I won.
Your stash is growing in a really nice way! What a treat to get those kinds of packages!
